Great location near main attractions. Room was decently equipped and the bed was okay. the breakfast was served hot with local cuisine.
The staff mostly didn't speak English and the service wasn't top-notch. the hotel is deteriorating and needs renovation.

Very convenient as near to all the tourist spots. Close to zhonglin park, st, sophia church, and very close to zhongyang street, easy access to sun island park ( snow park). I like the location and I feel that worth to pay for location but not the facility.
1. Room heating system is not good. Hotel should keep the room warm during winter. 2. breakfast is not good. it can be done better with what thay have. ( need good chef). 3. staff gave me wrong room eventhough we had booked advance. 4. staff are not professional and not polite. we thought that breakfast coupon is for couple, but they asked us to get the ticket again instead of explaining and have breakfast. said that it is not their problem. what is the big deal to have breakfast and get the coupon later. who want to have such disgrace breakfast. 5. it is not 4 starts hotel that stated in ad. it is only 3 stars. No dryer, no shaving kits, towers are very old ( already brownish color, not white anymore), room seems to be filthy as room lighting lux is very low. no sound proof as i can hear noise from all passers at corridor.

Great location near main attractions and convenience store in lobby selling essentials. Comfy bedding and adequate amenities despite the hotel's shabby appearance.
Staff spoke little to no English and smoking smell permeated the hotel. The breakfast and dining experience was geared towards Russian guests.

dirty room floor, smelly. don't trust the pictures on the website, its a lot worse than the pictures.
